Your inquiry is a first conversation. Please share only the business contact information and general operating details needed to help us respond.
What we collect
The inquiry form asks for your name, business name, business email, optional phone number, approximate shipment frequency, intended timing, and a description of your challenge. It also uses technical information and an anti-spam token to help prevent abuse and protect the service. Please do not send confidential shipment records, customer information, or documents through this initial form.
How your inquiry is used
We use the information to understand your request, assess whether a freight and schedule review may fit, respond to you, and maintain a record of the inquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to recurring marketing or establish a consulting engagement.
Where information goes
This website and its inquiry service run on Cloudflare. Submitted inquiries are stored in the Cloudflare services supporting the website. Lead notifications are sent to Baldwin Freight Solutions at baldwinfreight@outlook.com, so Microsoft, the email provider, also processes information included in those notifications. We do not sell inquiry information.
How long records are kept
Inquiries and their notification status are removed from the website’s live database after about 180 days. Hashed network-address and one-use token records used for abuse prevention are removed after about two days. Aggregate weekly activity reports are kept for about 90 days. Cleanup runs hourly. Copies in the Outlook notification mailbox are managed separately by the mailbox owner; service backups follow the provider’s retention practices.
Website operation and security
Cloudflare processes technical connection information to deliver and protect the website. The inquiry service uses server-side validation and abuse-prevention measures. Operational records may be used to investigate errors or misuse. Please use email to discuss a secure, appropriate way to share additional records if a review moves forward.
Website activity
We use cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand browser pageviews, visits, and website performance. These measurements are estimates, not counts of distinct people, and browser settings or blockers may prevent some activity from being recorded. We do not use advertising trackers.

To ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion of an inquiry, email baldwinfreight@outlook.com. Please include enough detail to identify the inquiry without sending sensitive information.
